Peter Sheehan – Solicitor

Peter graduated from La Trobe University in 2007 and admitted as a legal practitioner in February 2008. Peter’s areas of law include Civil Litigation, Criminal Law and Family Law. Prior to admission, Peter was a lecturer and medical researcher at Monash University between 1990-1997 and Head of Biotechnology and Innovation at Box Hill Institute between 1997-2008. To diversify his career Peter decided to branch into law. His credentials include a PhD in Medicine, Bachelor and Master of Laws, Bachelor of Science and Graduate Diploma in Education and Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Since Peter’s commencement with Schembri & Co Lawyers he has appeared in most court jurisdictions and Court Of Appeals, including VOCAT hearings and VCAT appeals.
